Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

❗Please note: We do not offer cash refunds.

Instead, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Exchange for a different size, colour, or even a different item. If the new item is priced higher, you’ll just need to pay the difference. If it's priced lower, the balance will be issued as a store credit (gift card).

  • Receive a store credit (gift card) equal to the value of your returned item(s), which you can use for your next purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made items

How to start a return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
